ProICT can provide Managed IT services for clients who would like to have peace of mind on their IT network, but don’t have the option of hiring a full-time IT person.
For a flat fee, ProICT delivers unlimited IT support, Pro-Active monitoring of Servers, Workstations, real-time backup monitoring, every month a test restore of backed up data, end of month reports.

ProICT does not work with contracts but offers this managed service on a month to month basis. The philosophy is that if you’re not happy with the service you should be able to changeover without the hassles long term contracts sometimes bring.
